Jeffrey Miller received his undergraduate degree with high honors and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida. Before entering private practice, Jeffrey served as an Assistant Public Defender where he developed significant jury trial experience. He has also been the Director of the Legal Aid Society as well as Assistant Attorney General for the State of Florida. In that position, Jeffrey served as counsel to various state regulatory boards.
In private practice, Jeffrey has spent substantial time representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants. In his career as a defense attorney, Jeffrey's clients included major manufacturers and mall developers with complex litigation needs on a statewide and regional basis. Jeffrey has had extensive litigation experience and has tried numerous cases to jury verdict.
Jeffrey is admitted to practice in all Florida Courts and is a member of the Southern, Middle and Northern Federal District Courts as well as the United States 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. His practice now focuses on personal injury, premises liability, product liability, and wrongful death claims and litigation on behalf of plaintiffs. Jeffrey has lectured at seminars on premises liability law and strategy and has also addressed hospital groups on confidentiality of patient records.
